And one shocking crime just showed the severity of the border crisis.
The so-called mainstream media have called the 2020 election for Joe Biden even though Donald Trump’s legal team is challenging voter irregularities in court.
Democrats have embraced policies that make America less safe (such as catch-and-release and sanctuary jurisdictions) and shield illegal alien criminals from deportation.
And one such criminal named Fernando De Jesus Lopez-Garcia just committed a deadly knife attack in a church in San Jose, California.
Acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan appeared on “Fox & Friends” to discuss the harrowing incident.
Host Jedediah Bila asked Morgan:
“A homeless man has been accused of stabbing fatally two people inside a church in California over the weekend. This particular individual was deported three times, never turned over to federal immigration officials before the attack despite multiple arrests, multiple convictions. You look at this rap sheet — I mean, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, resisting arrest, numerous instances here. So what’s going on here? And could you see this getting any worse under a Biden administration?”
There have been many instances of illegal aliens committing murders and hit-and-run drunk driving accidents on American citizens, yet lax border policies have allowed them to remain in the country.
Morgan responded:
“We’ve talked about this countless times. How many more lives are going to be taken that could be prevented if it wasn’t for nonsensical sanctuary city policies? We have the processes in place. If you are a criminal illegal alien, the processes are in place to remove you — to prevent them from you taking another victim. But sanctuary cities block that.”
The Democrats always loathe covering these stories because it cuts against the narrative that all illegal aliens are upstanding citizens.
Morgan continued:
“And it’s been very clear that the critics of this President support sanctuary cities. It’s outrageous. Where are the protests? Where is the outrage? I have spoken to angel families. I’ve spoken to family members who have lost their loved ones at the hands of a criminal alien that we should have deported and was preventable. We should be uniting to stop that.”
Instead, the Democrats are uniting to entice more illegal immigration.
Illegal immigration is big business for cartels and coyotes, and it provides companies with cheap labor that takes jobs away from Americans and depresses wages.
Illegal immigration also helps Democrats electorally because the census does not track immigration status, so areas with heavy illegal alien populations get more House seats.
Also, first-time immigrant voters vote Democrat 80% of the time.
There is no justification for lax immigration policies, but it’s exactly what the country will get with a Biden administration.
