Unbelievable: This State Has Removed Parent’s Right to Protect Their Children

You know that government is out of control when their response to you wanting to protect your kids is to throw you in jail.

I’m not kidding. California has made vaccines mandatory for children attending public or private school.

Contrary to what the government, bought out by multinational pharmaceutical companies, wants you to believe, if a parent doesn’t want to vaccinate their child, then that is the parent’s right. There simply isn’t a “compelling societal concern” for government to force parents to vaccinate.

How can I say that?

Two reason: 1. Frankly, if vaccines work so well, then the parents who have vaccinated their children should have no fear because the vaccine would have protected their child from any potential exposure, right?

Of course, the second reason is the flip side: 2. Vaccines don’t always work and may be showing less effectiveness against new strains of viruses (which mutated to compensate for vaccinations). See this Mumps outbreak in Illinois that infected two students that had been vaccinated twice with MMR vaccines.

So, if they work, vaccinated children have nothing to fear from unvaccinated children. If vaccines don’t work, then why inject your child with them?

What it comes down to is another excuse for government to keep their boot on our necks for the profit of their crony privileged friends. What happened to the 10th Amendment?

  • Any state that forces compliance to vaccinate has now opened themselves and the vaccine manufacture to a lawsuit when the vaccination fails to perform as intended. The state cannot force you to comply to a law and not bear the responsibility for the consequences if you are harmed by following that law. Let the lawsuits begin!

  • All my children have had vaccines and I am glad they did. If parents do not want their children to have vaccines that is their choice and therefore their children should be banned from playgrounds, public schools and child care. Let the child suffer from their parents ignorance. Child abuse?

  • How many have died from the gardisil (sp?) vaccine, or been permanently injured? The numbers are at least 100 dead and 1,000 injured. Just to MAYBE prevent a SEXUALLY transmitted cancer. One that doesn’t cover EVERY cervical cancer source. (I read that their are over 100 viruses that can cause cervical cancer, and this vaccine ONLY covers, MAYBE 5 of them.)

    They want BOYS to receive the vaccine, too! And you know what? BOYS do NOT have a cervix!!!!!!!

I’m saying I am all for vaccinating. We all have to make our decisions and suffer our own consequences. People are to quick to point fingers and support a cause without weighing out all of the information. One in sixty-eight children have autism… Can you really pinpoint vaccines as THE reason? Is it a possible cause? Anything is possible. But, it’s no different than saying lack of exercise is the only reason someone had an Acute Myocardial Infarction. There are many risk factors and causes. I also know how quick people are to blame something or someone else rather than researching for other options. I prefer to vaccinate my child than to watch him suffer from preventable diseases. I have watched enough people suffer in my 16 years of nursing in public health, critical care, and emergency medicine. So, yes, I will support and recommend vaccinations until there is insurmountable research saying that 100% without a doubt they cause autism or any other issues. This is my stance. Maybe you don’t like it… It’s ok. People disagree everyday… Even fist fights at the bedside of a dying “loved one.” All I can do is recommend based on the research I have studied and pray for everyone involved.

  • All of my children have also had vaccines but that was by my insistence not the Gov’ts. I had a friend in Kindergarten (1966) who was Jehovah Witness. She didn’t get the Polio Vaccine and died at age 12. Her mom used to bring her door to door in her wheelchair preaching about the God Jehovah. I hated her. I don’t want the Gov’t telling me what I can and can’t do with my own family but I recommend parents at least get the Polio vaccine.

    Seems odd to me, that autism was a very rare condition 40-50 years ago (like 1:50,000), but NOW it’s about 2% (1:50) of children!

    What’s the difference today? The number of VACCINATIONS children are REQUIRED to have by the time they start school (and by the time they reach 18 years of age).

    I DO believe there is a definite link of autism to vaccinations. The main reason I do so is because 50 years ago, autism was a very RARE condition. Today it’s very COMMON. What is different today as opposed to 50+ years ago? FEW vaccines 50+ years ago—-today, if I remember correctly, by the time a child reaches 18 years of age, they have received over 60 vaccines!

    I do NOT believe that is a “coincidence”! After all, it’s ALWAYS is a “coincidence” with every side effect, ESPECIALLY the very serious ones, including DEATHS!

  • I do understand your concern and yes there are risks with everything we do, eat, drink, and invest. Look at the advertisements for medications on TV. How many people pay attention to the possible “side effects?” Most people do not. They run to their doctors and say I need this medicine. When they have the serious side effect or adverse reaction they want to sue someone.

    Vaccines are not the only thing different in the USA. There are so many harmful chemicals that have been added to our environment that have a definite link to autism and other mental delays. As far as the research from other countries, vaccines are manufactured differently. What additives or chemicals have been used in the vaccines in other countries as opposed to here in the USA?

    It’s a shame to me that people find it ok to smoke, drink, and ingest all sorts of drugs during pregnancy and feel it’s ok to contaminate their bodies which also contaminates the unborn fetus. I also do not agree with “common core” that is being taught in our school systems either because it goes against many of my beliefs. However, I have no choice but to allow my child to learn that information as it will affect his college years. Our country as we know it is crumbling.

    But, my stance is still that I personally do not believe vaccines cause autism for the reasons listed above. Read up more on the common chemicals that have a definite link to autism.

  • The doctor who is now treating him that admitted it was the vaccine not the one who gave him the vaccine. But of course that doctor is wrong. NOT Autism wasn’t even mentioned in medical literature until 5 years after compulsory vaccinations started. I personally know a dozen people who were seriously affected by vaccines and I will only mention those where doctors admitted it was a vaccine. Oh one common thing all these cases have is that is the doctors were all affiliate with Dartmouth Hitchcock Memorial hospital. A friends grandson came down with Thrombocytopinia and would have died without treatment cause the measles vaccine. One friend and one acquaintance both ended up with nerve diseases ( CIDP ) doctors attributed to the Hep B vaccine both died from those diseases. A friends’ son died immediately after getting his first DPT. She received a substantial sum through the NVICA for his death. Another friends’ son, after his third DPT shot, suffered such severe brain damage that it led to his committing suicide. Like I said in all these cases the doctors admitted it WAS the vaccines that cause their problems.

  • On vaccines… With the vaccine to prevent HPV, boys receive that vaccine to prevent them from getting HPV which they can pass to other females during intercourse. As far as I know, that is not mandatory for school. Vaccines mandatory for school are only those that can be passed in day to day contact.

    The additive thimerosal contains ethyl mercury which is different than methyl mercury. Methyl mercury is found in high amounts in some fish and accumulates in human tissue. It can impair cognitive development in young children. That’s why pregnant women are not suppose to eat fish and also why young children are not supposed to eat some types of fish. Most thimerosal has been removed from vaccines in the early 1990’s, but autism rates continue to rise.

    Our poor immune systems have more to do with stress, poor eating habits, and lack of exercise. It also has to do with every time people get a cold they run to the doctor for an antiobiotic. Antibiotics do not work on viruses. When we take antibiotics for viruses and not bacterial infections, we develop immunity to the antibiotics and they do not work. This causes “superbugs” or resistant strains of bacteria. Also the fact that animal farmers use antibiotics in animal feed and water to make animals gain more weight and prevent infection when they are raised in unsanitary conditions. They use not only antibiotics formulated for animals, but also medically important antibiotics. So every time we ingest non-organic meat and eggs we invest small amounts of antibiotics and steroids which they also feed animals to make them gain more weight. FDA finally got involved a few years ago. Some states have been attempting to pass a bill for this for over a decade.

  • Actually, the “childhood” diseases the vaccines are supposed to protect you against are pretty horrific, especially if you are older than 15. I’d much rather risk the vaccine than measles. I know, because I grew up before vaccines were available for measles, mumps, etc, and I actually had those illnesses.

    It will take a LOT LESS time to do the research, than to take care of a seriously injured child for THE REST OF YOUR/THEIR LIFE!!

  • Fortunately growing up our family had a pediatrician that did not believe in vaccinations. It was his belief that our immune systems God gave us would work just fine and be strengthened by getting all the childhood diseases. I had ALL of them. I am now 68. Still kicking and NO vaccinations. I don’t really see what all the fuss is? If a parent does or doesn’t want to vaccinate. It should be their choice, not the school boards.
