Antifa Made A Threat Against A City Official That Should Terrify Everyone
The domestic terror group Antifa is completely out of control.
Democrats sit on their hands while the group wreaks havoc in major cities around the country.
And Antifa made a threat against a city official that should terrify everyone.
The death of George Floyd has been used as a pretense for left-wing extremists to destroy cities nationwide.
Portland has been under siege by Antifa and Black Lives Matter radicals for over two months straight.
Some extremists have established so-called autonomous zones in parts of major cities governed by authoritarian communist principles.
Radicals in Seattle established CHAZ (Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone)—later renamed Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) in honor of the murderous French Revolution—where two people were murdered and a woman was raped.
And Seattle has only gotten worse.
Antifa thugs tried to march to Chief Best’s home, but were rebuffed by neighbors in her community.
Best has had enough and penned a letter to the toothless city council for allowing the mob to persist for too long.
She wrote to City Council President Lorena González and Public Safety Chair Lisa Herbold:
“I urge both of you, and the entire council, to stand up for what is right. These direct actions against elected officials, and especially civil servants like myself, are out of line with and go against every democratic principle that guides our nation…Before this devolves into the new way of doing business by mob rule here in Seattle, and across the nation, elected officials like you must forcefully call for the end of these tactics.”
The threat on Best’s home occurred not too long after communist City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant organized a protest at the home of Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan.
And Durkan herself is already a wild leftist – when CHAZ was first constituted, she called it a “Summer of Love.”
Seattle just goes to show that you can never be far left enough for the left.
And Seattle wasn’t the only city to abandon an entire police precinct to the outrage mob.
The far left is out of control and Democrats won’t do anything about it.
Instead of enforcing the law, they let extremists run roughshod because they don’t want to prove Donald Trump right.
So they’ve placated the radicals who are calling for the police to be defunded.
But when politicians cater to the mob, the mob only gets emboldened.
